Tesha Holso-Dahlenburg
RYT-200
Tesha came upon yoga after recovering from trauma, searching for a path to her authentic self.
Through steady practice, she found that goodness can pervade everything, wellness is within all of us, and that life is wildly beautiful in all of its infinite complexity.
In a belief that yoga has therapeutic benefits for all, Tesha’s initial yoga studies were completed as an Integrative Therapeutic Yoga Teacher. This was through Integrative Yoga Therapy, a comprehensive yoga methodology integrating the Kosha system for yoga-based wellness. She is currently completing 300 hour studies as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. This combines Ayurveda, the ancient healing science, and yoga for a whole-faceted approach to balanced well-being.
Modern scientific research tells us what the ancient yogins already knew: yoga has the ability to be transformative; physically, emotionally, cognitively. It is through this lens where Tesha shares this practice with others.
Always a student, traversing life through practice and intention.
