Hello! My name is Heather Graf Lensegrav, CST, VMT, MTL, OTR/L
My passion is Craniosacral Therapy and walking with others on their journey. It has been a journey in discovering this light touch modality providing deep healing. I started my career with receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2000 from the University of North Dakota/Casper college. I have worked in a variety of settings. During my stent as an OT, I have worked with a wide range of diagnosis and age groups. I have a passion for the human body and have continued to learn. I attended the School of Massage Therapy in Chicago and finished in 2006. My continued learning lead me to learning an in-depth treatment of the lymphatic system, Complete Decongestive Therapy. Following my own serious health crisis, I began studying Craniosacral Therapy in 2007. I quickly learned that this fully clothed, light touch therapy was my way to reach and help people in their own healing and journey in their own lives. After attending my first craniosacral class I started my business, Revival Therapy – Helping restore balance and function in your life. This business has evolved over the years from a contract OT to a full time Craniosacral/Visceral/Massage Therapist. All my Craniosacral Therapy classes have been through the Upledger Institute (CS 1, CS2, SER 1, SER 2, Adv 1, Adv 2). I have taken all the Visceral Manipulation Classes through the Barrel Institute (VM 1, VM 2, VM 3). Being able to combine the body and organs help to create balance and healing throughout the entire system. The combination of Craniosacral Therapy and the use of Equine therapy has been a beautiful gift from Judi Joba and her amazing team of horses. These beautiful animals are amazing partners that support people and assist them to navigate their own healing and progression in life.
My passions outside my work passion is spending time with my lovely daughter, my family and being in nature.
